Whatsapp is designed for personal exchanges, and has limitations to quickly switch to video in customer relationships. The obligation to add the customer's contact to their contact form, hang up, then call back can become tedious on a daily basis, and may seem intrusive to customers who perceive Whatsapp as a personal, non-professional tool.

Paradoxically, Teams is one of the most used video tools in the world, and the worst of the 3 tools here for customer relations. Nobody has the Teams App on their personal phone: it is therefore impossible to use it in their customer relationship. And then, do you really see yourself saying “I'm sending you a Teams invitation by email” when you have the person at the end of the phone? Never
